We can easily remedy your software problems via Remote Repair.  In Remote Repair, we are able to discuss the repair process over the telephone as we simultaneously access and repair your computer via your internet connection.  An office visit is not required and you do not need to move your computer or disconnect anything!  Those aggravating problems are resolved quickly and without hassles.

Will you be upset when your hard drive dies? Will you lose everything by not backing up your data? If so, we have several backup solutions including:
- Adding an additional hard drive to your desktop
- Adding an external USB drive.
- Adding a DVD burner

After Microsoft downloaded SP3 into my computer, I couldn't get any sound. After four days of no results, trying to fix it myself, I called Brian. It took a few minutes to get our computers talking to each other, Brian took command of my machine. Ten minutes later I had sound. Brian proved his expertise.
